1. How do I withdraw funds from my M88 account?

You can withdraw funds from your M88 account through a few methods:

  • International Bank Transfer
  • Local Bank Transfer Credit / Debit Cards
  • NETELLER
  • Moneybookers

Documentary Requirements

When processing your withdrawal request, we may, at our discretion, request for one or more of the following documents:

  • A copy of your photographic ID with clear visible photograph must be submitted before and held on file.
  • A copy of the bank account statement for the beneficiary account must be submitted and held on file.
  • A copy of the beneficiary credit / debit card (both front and back) must be submitted and held on file.
2. How do I withdraw funds using International Bank Transfer?

M88 allows members to withdraw funds from their M88 accounts using International Bank Transfers.

To request for a withdrawal through International Bank Transfer, select “International Bank Transfer” under the Withdrawal menu. Enter the amount that you wish to withdraw and provide us with the following information:

  • Account Name
  • Account Number
  • Bank Name
  • Bank Address
  • Bank’s Swift Code

Kindly allow about 5 business days for your money to be reflected in your account. Also, note that the Bank Transfer will be performed in your M88 account currency.

What is Bank’s Swift Code?

A Swift Code (or Bank Identification Code) is a series of 8 or 11 characters assigned by Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunication (S.W.I.F.T.) to uniquely identify a particular bank. Approach your bank to obtain their Swift Code or BIC. Alternatively, visit www.swift.com/biconline/ to search for the BIC for your bank.

Documentary Requirements

In order to protect our members’ fund in M88 accounts, we need to verify a few details before your withdrawal can be processed. We require members to provide us with the following if they have not done so previously:

  • A copy of your photographic ID with clear visible photograph
  • A copy of the bank account statement for the beneficiary account showing the account number and bearing your name (the account balances should be blanked off).

These documents can either be faxed to +632 857 2060 or a scanned image can be emailed to bank@M88.com.

Accurate Information

Please ensure that accurate information is provided as any discrepancies will cause delays in the processing of your withdrawals. You might be charged for any banking fees on rejected bank transfers caused by incorrect information provided by you.

3. How do I withdraw funds using Local Bank Transfer?

M88 allows member to request for withdrawals to be paid directly to their bank accounts.

Local Bank Transfer is open to M88 members registered from the following countries:

  • China with RMB-denominated M88 account
  • Malaysia with MYR-denominated M88 account
  • Vietnam with USD-denominated M88 account
  • Indonesia with IDR-denominated M88 account
  • Thailand with THB-denominated M88 account

To request for a withdrawal to be paid into your bank account, select “Local Bank Transfer” under the Withdrawal menu. Enter the amount you wish to withdraw and provide your bank account information:

  • Bank Account Name
  • Bank Account Number
  • Bank Name
  • Bank Branch
  • Bank Address

4. How do I withdraw funds using NETELLER?

Members can transfer their funds to their NETELLER e-wallet account. NETELLER is only available to members with M88 accounts denominated in the following currency:

  • USD
  • EUR

To request for a transfer to your NETELLER account, select “NETELLER” under the withdrawal menu. Enter the amount that you wish to withdraw and provide us your NETELLER Account ID. If you cannot remember your NETELLER Account ID, please click here (https://www.neteller.com/help/account/index.jsf).

We will thereafter review your withdrawal request and ensure that the required documentations are received. Once verified, the withdrawal will be processed by our Finance team. An email will be sent to you informing you of the successful withdrawal and you should see the funds in your NETELLER account instantly.

In order to protect our members' fund in M88 accounts, we may, at our discretion, request from you one or both of the following documents:

  • A copy of your photographic ID with clear visible photograph

These documents can eiher be faxed to +3632 857 2060 or a scanned image can be emailed to bank@M88.com.

Neteller withdrawal is restricted ONLY to Neteller depositors and the fund will be transferred back to the same Neteller account used for deposit.

5. How do I withdraw funds using Moneybookers?

Members can transfer funds from their M88 accounts to their Moneybookers account. Moneybookers is only available to members with M88 accounts denominated in the following currency:

  • USD
  • EUR
  • MYR
  • THB

To request for a transfer to your Moneybookers account, select Moneybookers under the withdrawal menu. Enter the amount that you wish to withdraw and provide us your Moneybookers User ID.

We will thereafter review your withdrawal request and ensure that the required documentatiotns are received. Once verified, the withdrawal will be processed by our Finance team. An email will be sent to you informing you of the successful withdrawal and you should see the funds in your Moneybookers account instantly.

You may choose alternative withdrawal methods and M88.com reserves the right to determine the best payout method
