1. Can services be used on all mobile?

All of our services require your mobile phone to have GPRS and WAP enabled.

Additionally, our JAVA applications will require your mobile phone to have JAVA technology enabled.

2. How to be WAP and GPRS enabled?

Step 1; you must verify that your plan with your network provider includes internet (WAP/GPRS) access.

Step 2; your phone must have the correct settings enabled, normally provided by your network provider.

3. My personal data secure?

Your personal data is M88's primary concern.

We employ 128 bit end to end encryption for all transactions to ensure your personal information is safe when moving between your mobile device and our servers.

Your account information is stored on our back-end systems, not on the mobile software/service.

4. WAP and GPRS?

WAP (Wireless Application Protocol)
means you can access the Internet from your mobile phone.

GPRS (General Packet Radio Service)
A higher speed data tied into existing GSM network providers.
You are charged only for the quantity of data you download (in MBytes).
This is regardless of how long you are online.
